This powerful tool streamlines bulk content generation by letting you upload a CSV file, ensuring efficiency and consistency throughout your content. By automating repetitive tasks, Anyword’s CSV Template feature not only saves you time but also reduces manual effort, allowing you to focus on more strategic and creative aspects of your content.

With our new CSV Template feature, you can upload a CSV file with all the product details, and Anyword will automatically generate high-quality, consistent product descriptions for each item. This accelerates your workflow and ensures uniformity, enhancing the overall customer experience.

For content writers managing large-scale email campaigns, personalization can be a daunting task. By uploading a CSV file with recipient information and personalization elements, our feature generates customized email drafts that retain your unique style and tone. 

How to Build a CSV Template

Using the CSV Template feature is simple. Here’s how:

  • Inside Anyword’s Template Builder, Click on 'Create from CSV' 
  • Start by uploading your CSV file:
    • Choose which fields from the CSV to include in your template.
    • Define the primary key column, which serves as a unique identifier for each row (e.g., product ID or SKU).
    • Use clear column names to help our AI understand each column’s purpose when generating prompts.
  • Describe what this template will generate. For example, specify that the template should produce a product page with sections like product name, short description, benefits, and long description including all other product attributes. 
  • Our AI will generate prompts based on your specifications. Adjust these prompts to match your writing style and format. 
  • Save the template as a draft or publish it for immediate use.

Using the CSV Template to Generate Content

Once your template is published, you can find it under 'Saved Templates.'

To generate content using the CSV template, simply upload a CSV file that matches the structure of the one you used to create the template. Note that larger files may take longer to process.

Your content can be downloaded as a CSV file once generation is completed. The results will be added to your existing CSV fields for easy tracking. Whenever Anyword's predictive performance scores are attached to assets, these will be included as well, helping you identify areas for improvement.

You can also review and edit the results in the editor's list view, allowing you to refine your content before exporting it to a CSV.
