Senior BI Analyst
Anyword is revolutionizing marketing and sales communications. In five years, marketing communications without AI and data will be a thing of the past. Position Overview:
Anyword is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior BI-Analyst to join our team of experts. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering business intelligence solutions that improve organizational decision-making. As a Senior BI-Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights that will drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions that deliver insights into business performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends. Will work closely with the Marketing team and CS/Sales team
- Identify data trends, anomalies, and outliers that can help optimize business processes and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Analyze data from various sources, such as databases, cloud services, social media, and external APIs, to build predictive models and create a forecast
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and communicate insights in a clear and concise manner
- Lead the development of data dashboards, visualizations, and reports that enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data inputs, managing data quality controls, and establishing data governance standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful BI solutions in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a Hi-Tech company
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView
- Solid experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from start to finish
