Here at Anyword, we’ve been busy the past month updating and improving our platform so you can get the most out of our powerful AI. In case you missed all of the exciting new features we churned out, here’s a rundown of everything released in April.

Product Workspaces

Keep your content neatly organized with our Product Workspaces! Our platform lets you create and select separate workspaces for your projects based on different products or services. So if you have multiple products or services that you’d like to promote (and need lots of content for), add separate workspaces for each and start creating copy from there.

Simply click on “Product Workspaces” at the top of our platform, click “Add New,” name your workspace, and start creating your projects!

Customer Personas

Even the most seasoned marketers and copywriters struggle with wordsmithing the perfect message for their specific audience or customers. Anyword recognized this struggle (we’ve all been there) and released a feature called Customer Personas.

We’ve created a new section at the top of our platform that allows you to create different Customer Personas based on your target audience. What does this mean for you and your campaigns? Skip the guesswork and generate marketing copy with your audience base in mind. College students? Recent retirees? Dog owners? Whatever your target customer may be, tell Anyword and get tailored copy in just a few clicks.

Access these customer personas from any applicable project brief to help streamline and tailor your copy to your audience!

Blog SEO Keywords

Nowadays, it’s hard for marketers to ignore the importance of SEO — in fact, 61% of B2B marketers said that SEO and organic traffic generate more leads than their other marketing initiatives. While there’s no black and white answer to staying in good standing with Google, Anyword helps its users boost their SEO efforts — in no time at all.

Today, we’re happy to announce that our Blog Post feature now allows you to include SEO keywords in your copy.

When creating your Blog project, you can add two different types of keywords:

  • Target Keywords – These describe what your blog post would be about (ex. “healthy dinner recipes”, “vegan beauty products”, “best hiking gear”).
  • Related Keywords – These are supporting keywords that relate directly to your target keyword and the topic of your post.

Once you create your blog project, you’ll have access to a Keywords Panel. This panel shows you the keywords that have been used in your copy, and updates as you continue to generate different sections of your blog. Click on each keyword to see where our AI has placed them and how many times it appears in your copy. Plus, you can generate or continue any paragraph with keywords, the same way you would have Anyword continue with instructions.

Now, you don’t have to worry about wondering where to put your SEO keywords (and how often to include them). And the results? Watch your SEO keywords outrank your competitors, with all the heavy lifting done by Anyword’s powerful AI.
